All product pictures and descriptions are provided in good faith. Please be aware that colours will vary depending on the computer used.

We will happily refund if a product is faulty. There will be no refund of fabric that is cut from the bolt. Books and Patterns are not refundable.  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please telephone or email [within 7 days] if there is a problem and we will endeavour to achieve a good outcome.  

If you wish to use registered post please email this request at the time of purchase. For peace of mind you may wish to insure your parcel and this can be arranged at this time as well.

Australia Post is usually very reliable but no responsibility can be taken for goods once they have been posted. Australia Post will only cover a parcel for $50.00 if it is lost in transit. 

Free Postage is only available to Australian Residents.

Your Credit Card will only be charged after we have checked on relevant postage costs.

Block of the month programs will require a commitment for the full programme. Your credit card will be charged with the relevant amount once a month until the programme is completed.

Completed quilts will have postage costs added after the quilt has been finished. These are usually approx $15.00 for a medium sized quilt.

All machine quilting costs must be paid at the time of collection for local clients or prior to postage being organized.

Personal cheques must clear prior to your quilt being returned.
